  • We are located at 7310 Ritchie Highway Glen Burnie, MD inside of the Empire Towers building on the 2nd floor through the double doors opposite from the reception desk on the right of the men’s bathroom.

  • We offer a range of services including customized facials, body treatments, chemical peels, microneedling and waxing. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on the Services page or by contacting us directly.

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. Please press “Book appointments” on our website or call us at 443-717-0622.

  • During your first visit, we will conduct a consultation to understand your skin concerns and goals. We will then tailor treatments to meet your specific needs. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary forms.

  • Preparation depends on the type of service. For facials, chemical peels and microneedling, please come with a clean face if possible. For waxing please ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long and gently exfoliate the area the day before. Avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your appointment.

  • We require at least a 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay and exact cash.

  • Our business hours are 8am to 8pm Tuesday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays.

  • Yes. 2 extra guest are allowed.

  • We grant a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a 25% late fee. After 15 minutes you will subjected to an 100% service fee and asked to reschedule. We always want to be able to give clients the full time and attention needed to complete a full service. Please arrive on time.

  • Payment for services are non-refundable, excepts in cases where we are unable to provide the service as agreed.
